You have been redirected to this page for one of the following reasons:<\/p>\n

a) you have incorrectly entered your login too many times
\n<\/strong>This is the most common reason for being blocked from the member’s area.\u00a0 If you incorrectly entered your login too many times and are now being blocked, please verify that you entered the correct username and password, wait 10 minutes and try again.\u00a0 Make sure that you enter both your username and password correctly each time you’re prompted.\u00a0 If you lost or forgot your login, you can retrieve it by going to the CCBill Support Page<\/a>.\u00a0 It’s also helpful to clear your browser cache.\u00a0 Here are some instructions on how to clear your cache:<\/p>\n

Internet Explorer Browser<\/strong><\/p>\n

Go to Tools<\/strong>, then Internet Options<\/strong>.\u00a0 On the Internet Options<\/strong> window select General<\/strong>.\u00a0 In the Browsing History<\/strong> section, select the Delete<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n

Fire Fox Browser<\/strong><\/p>\n

Go to Tools<\/strong>, then Options<\/strong>.\u00a0 On the Options<\/strong> window select Advanced<\/strong> and then the Network<\/strong> tab.\u00a0 In the Offline Storage<\/strong> section, select the Clear Now<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n

If you still can’t login, please send me an Email<\/a> or\u00a0message\u00a0using the Support Page.\u00a0 I check my messages throughout the day and I will correct the problem as soon as possible.<\/p>\n

b) you shared your login with your friends or on a network<\/strong>
\n<\/strong>Sharing your login increases bandwidth and costs money.\u00a0 A large percentage of your membership fee is used to pay for bandwidth and server maintenance, therefore\u00a0I have a zero tolerance policy for sharing login information.\u00a0 If you shared your login, you will be blocked, your membership will be cancelled and\u00a0the credit card processor will be notified. \u00a0This action can prevent you from being able to join the many other sites that use\u00a0CCBill as a\u00a0credit card processors.<\/p>\n

c) your login was hacked and has been shared with a network<\/strong>
\n<\/strong>In\u00a0rare cases, hackers can use programs to “crack” your login.\u00a0 Hackers cannot access your personal or credit card information, they basically run a program that tries to match usernames to passwords.\u00a0 Many members often select easily cracked logins such as (Username: Batman – Password: Robin, etc…), so please avoid using easily matched username\/password combinations.\u00a0 If your login gets cracked, I will issue you a new one.<\/p>\n

NOTE:<\/strong>\u00a0 I don’t mind members using “download accelerators or managers” as long as they aren’t used excessively to “rip” all the content from the member’s area in a short time frame.\u00a0 This loads our server and slows things down for other members.<\/p>\n
