If you are using Internet Explorer, you probably don't have the "Automatic Image Resizing" selected.

Resize a Picture

When you view a picture that is too large to fit completely within the browser window, Automatic Image Resizing resizes the picture for you so you can see it in your browser window without having to scroll up and down or to the left and right. An Automatic Image Resizing icon will appear in the lower-right corner of the picture you want to resize. You can use this icon to resize the picture so that it either returns to its original size or fits within the browser window.

1) To expand a resized picture to its original size, click the Automatic Image Resizing icon in the lower-right corner of the resized picture.

2) To resize the image to fit in the browser window, click the Automatic Image Resizing icon.

Turn Automatic Image Resizing On or Off

1) Automatic Image Resizing is turned on by default. But you can turn it on and off by using the Advanced tab on the Internet Options dialog box.

2) On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.

3) Click the Advanced tab, and then scroll down to the Multimedia section.  Select or clear the Enable Automatic Image Resizing check box and then select the OK button.

Most of our videos are in High Definition (HD). HD movies require lots of computer resources. We pride ourselves on providing some of the highest quality movies available and some older or slower computers may experience problems. Here are some helpful tips to help you get the most out of our videos:

1) Do not run other programs at the same time you are watching the videos. Your computer may need all the resources it has to play HD movies.
2) Disable Anti-virus programs (Norton, McAfee, etc.) while you play the movies.
3) Make sure the movie is fully downloaded before attempting to play it.
4) If your system has less than 1 Gig of memory we highly recommend you upgrade.
5) If you have Windows Vista Business, Home Premium, or Ultimate on your system we highly recommend you upgrade your memory to at least 2 Gigs. Those neat Vista graphics come with significantly increased memory and processor requirements.

Make sure you have the latest version of Windows Media Player.

If the video plays properly on the VLC player, your Windows Media Player might be corrupt. Please uninstall and then re-install a fresh copy of the latest Windows Media Player.

If you have the current player and the downloading is slow, you may be experiencing a heavy traffic period on our site or a slow internet connection. Our videos are high resolution and therefore they may take a little longer to start playing. Sometimes even the fastest broadband connection experiences problems. You can test your current Internet connection for free at the following sites:

If you still can’t view/download videos or you receive an error message, try downloading the video again. It's possible that the file did not download properly. NOTES:

Mac Users:

You must have the latest version of "Flip4Mac" installed to play any .wmv movies.

Dial Up Users:

You will not be able to properly watch streaming videos because the Internet speeds are simply too low. Downloading the videos is possible but please realize that dial-up speeds will require very long downloading times for High Definition videos.

AOL Users:

Please do not use your AOL browser to navigate or download videos. This may work, however we recommend to open up a separate Internet Explorer or Firefox browser instead.

We do not support the AOL Media Player or any other software or program provided by AOL to watch the movies. Use the Windows Media Player or VLC Player to watch downloaded movies.

Even if you use AOL to access the Internet, you can still surf the web, access sites, and play files such as our movies using the regular, stand-alone Internet Explorer. After connecting to the web using AOL simply find and click the Internet Explorer icon (it's probably located somewhere on your desktop, or inside C: > Program Files > Internet Explorer > iexplore.exe) to open it up, then use it like you would the AOL browser. Minimize the AOL window to avoid confusion.

By default, AOL sometimes automatically tries to play WMV movie files with its AOL media player. To change this please download the newest Windows Media Player here. Once it's installed, open up the Windows Media Player, right-click somewhere on the top part of the player, select "Tools" > "Options". Click the "File Types" tab and check Windows Media Video file (wmv). Click "Apply". Click "OK".
WMV movies should now automatically open with the Windows Media Player.

Absolutely! We don't use DRM (Digital Rights Management) protection on our movies so feel free to save them to your computer and enjoy anytime you want.

To save a movie, just right click the "download" link below the the thumbnail and select the "Save Target As..." option if using Internet Explorer and "Save Link As" option if using FireFox.

To save a picture, just left click on the thumbnail to open the picture and then right click on it and select the "Save Picture As..." option. If you want to save all the pictures in a particular set, select the "download gallery images" option. You will be prompted to either open or save the "zip" file.  In order to use this option you will need a copy of "WinZip" or "WinRAR".
